I understand that life happens and plans can change. In order to offer each client and participant my full presence and care, I have set the following cancellation guidelines:
– If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, I won’t charge a fee.
– If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, I charge 50% of the fee.
– If you don’t show up and haven’t cancelled, I charge the full amount.
Cancellations can be made via [phone/email/text – insert preferred method] and must be confirmed by me. Thank you for respecting my time and the care I put into this work.

Jag förstår att livet händer och att planer kan ändras. För att kunna ge varje klient och deltagare min fulla närvaro och omsorg har jag följande avbokningsregler:
– Om du avbokar senast 24 timmar före bokad tid, tar jag inte ut någon avgift.
– Vid avbokning mindre än 24 timmar före bokad tid debiterar jag 50 % av avgiften.
– Vid uteblivet besök utan avbokning debiterar jag hela avgiften.
