Holistic Healing

Healing is not just about addressing symptoms—it’s about transforming the whole person. I integrate mind, body, and emotional work to help clients achieve true and lasting healing. By understanding the interconnectedness of our mental, emotional, and physical states, we can create deeper, more sustainable change.

06.

Trust and Confidentiality

Building a strong therapeutic relationship is based on trust. I ensure that all personal information shared during sessions is kept confidential and respected. This creates a safe environment where clients feel secure in exploring their innermost thoughts and feelings.

These values guide my work, ensuring that each person receives the individualized support and respect they deserve on their healing journey.

My Approach to Therapy

A central pillar of my work is integrating the most effective therapeutic modalities: Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing (SE), and the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM). These three powerful, complementary approaches work at both a psychological and physiological level to promote healing, self-leadership, and emotional balance.

Internal Family Systems (IFS Stockholm) – Healing Through Parts Work

IFS offers a compassionate, non-pathologizing approach to understanding and healing different parts of ourselves. Through IFS, I help clients:
– Develop a deeper relationship with their inner parts
– Heal wounded and protective parts holding trauma or distress
– Build self-leadership and inner harmony
– Reduce internal conflict and self-sabotaging patterns
– Cultivate resilience, authenticity, and self-trust

IFS recognizes that all parts of us hold wisdom. True healing comes when we listen to and integrate all aspects of ourselves with compassion and understanding.

Somatic Experiencing (SE Stockholm) – Releasing Trauma from the Body

SE is a body-centered approach to trauma healing and nervous system regulation. It focuses on releasing stored trauma and survival energy that may manifest as anxiety, chronic pain, or dissociation. SE helps:
– Release stored survival energy (fight, flight, freeze, or fawn responses)
– Restore the body’s natural ability to regulate stress and emotions
– Help clients feel safe and present in their bodies
– Work through shock trauma and PTSD in a gentle, titrated way

Through SE, I help clients develop nervous system flexibility, resilience, and a sense of safety and embodiment.

NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM Stockholm) – Healing Developmental Trauma

NARM is an advanced therapy focused on healing early relational and developmental trauma. It’s particularly effective for those struggling with:
– Chronic shame, low self-worth, and identity struggles
– Emotional dysregulation and difficulty maintaining relationships
– Self-sabotaging patterns and disconnection
– Attachment wounds and childhood emotional neglect

NARM doesn’t require clients to relive past traumas. Instead, it encourages developing present-moment awareness of how these patterns show up in daily life, helping individuals build healthier relationships with themselves and others.

Leadership & Professional Roles

In addition to my therapy work, I am actively involved in the trauma healing community:
– Chair of IFS Sverige Institutet – Supporting the growth and development of IFS therapy in Sweden
– Board Member of IFS Nordics – Coordinating IFS training across the Nordic region
– Board Member of Somatic Experiencing Föreningen Sverige – Advocating for SE practitioners and trauma healing in Sweden
– Community Builder & Facilitator – Creating spaces for deep healing, connection, and transformation

Through these leadership roles, I contribute to expanding access to trauma-informed therapy, education, and professional development in Sweden and beyond.

I work with individuals experiencing:
– Complex PTSD & trauma (developmental, relational, and shock trauma)
– Anxiety, depression & emotional overwhelm
– Stress, burnout & nervous system dysregulation
– Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs), neurodivergence & identity exploration
– LGBTQIA+ individuals & inclusive relationship dynamics
– Those seeking a deeper connection to self, others, and the natural world

How it Works

A Holistic Approach to Healing and Transformation

Step 1

Make an Appointment

The first step is scheduling a free consultation where we’ll discuss your unique needs, challenges, and goals. I’ll listen to your story, explore what brought you here, and determine how my methods—IFS therapy Stockholm, Somatic Experiencing Stockholm, and NARM—can best support you on your healing journey.

Step 2

Begin Your Consultation

In our first session, we will dive deeper into your personal challenges and how they affect your emotional and physical well-being. Based on your needs, I will create a personalized therapeutic plan using a blend of Somatic Experiencing, IFS therapy, and other tailored techniques to support deep healing.

Step 3

Experience Deep Healing

As therapy progresses, you will begin to feel more grounded, balanced, and connected to your authentic self. The combination of mind-body therapies will guide you through the process of releasing trauma, regulating your nervous system, and gaining emotional resilience. Healing is a gradual process, and I’ll be there every step of the way to support you.
